ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks with skin on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup yogurt or kefir
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons tandoori seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Method
Step 1
Mix yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and tandoori seasoning in a big container with a lid.
Step 2
Place drum sticks into marinate, and stir so all meat will be covered. Keep refrigerated for at least 2-3 hours.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Move the chicken to a baking dish, pouring the marinate over top. Bake for 40 minutes, until it’s tender and nicely browned. [Note: Use the broil setting for the last few minutes of baking to make the chicken extra crispy.]
