ingredients
- 2 broccoli crowns
- 1 teapsoons gochugaru
- oil
ingredients
For the sauce-
- 2 tabelspoons gochujang paste
- 1 tabelspoons soy sauce
- 1 tabelspoons honey
- 1/2 tabelspoons white vinegar
- 1/2 teapsoons sesame oil
- 1 teapsoons sesame seeds
- 1/2 tabelspoons freshly grated ginger
- 1/8 cup water
Method
Step 1
Wash and cut each broccoli crown into quarters.
Step 2
Mix together all ingredients listed under the sauce and heat on low flame for 3-4 mins, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Take the sauce off the heat and cool down slightly.
Step 4
Pour half of the sauce over the broccoli and toss to combine.
Step 5
Grill the broccoli in a pan drizzled with 1-2 tsp oil and cook on one side for 2 mins. Turn and cook on the other side for another 2 mins.
Step 6
Remove the cooked broccoli in a plate, drizzle over the remaining sauce and sprinkle some gochugaru on top.
Step 7
Serve with your choice of rice or noodles.
