Pork & Shiitake Mushroom Dumplings
Last night made wonton soup from scratch with homemade dumpling wrappers stuffed with rain shadow pork, shiitakes and green onion in steaming bowls of homemade broth with cabbage and more shiitakes. Today for lunch we fried up the leftover dumplings and doused them with sweet chili sauce. Do damn good! -@drumbeets
