Braised Pork
Earlier this week I made the most fabulous braised pork using the aromatic broth recipe from the Tender cookbook... I reserved some of the leftover broth spiced with cinnamon and star anise to toss in with some fried tofu and some leftover sautéed chard. Best leftover-makeover lunch ever! -@drumbeets
