Roast Pumpkin And Ricotta Gratin With Parmesan, Chilli Flakes And Parsley
This is my roast pumpkin and ricotta gratin with a few other flavour bits such as Parmesan, thyme and a parsley. It bakes into a soft comforting almost soufflé like texture.
