Kabocha Squash Soup With Coconut Cream
A little throwback (circa 2014) to one of my favorite soups. It's a kabocha squash soup w/ fennel, ginger, and some hints of coconut. It's current times like these that I'm fully aware of how bland and ordinary food and life would be without the interwoven cultures that make this country rich in countless ways.
