  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup oat flour (gluten-free if necessary, achieved by blending oats)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.
