Tonight I’ll be taking these Chocolate Pecan Pie Bars to a Holiday Market event. I love pecans, but Pecan Pie has always been a let down! That gorgeous top of crunchy pecans usually hides a gooey layer of thick, corn syrupy sludge! Not these bars! A crisp shortbread crust on the bottom. A layer of crunchy pecan and chocolate goodness. And don’t forget that extra drizzle of dark chocolate on the top with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt! Thank you Jake Cohen at @thefeedfeed for this amazing recipe!
