Sliders:

  • 6 - 8 strips bacon
  • 10 sweet Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • 8 large eggs
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (or oil)
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  • Step 2

    Line a baking sheet with foil and top with a wire rack. Arrange bacon in a single layer and bake for 12 minutes, or until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Once cool, cut in half if desired.

  • Step 3

    In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base, chives, and lemon juice. Set aside

  • Step 4

    Stir melted butter with Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base and chopped parsley. Set aside.

  • Step 5

    Heat butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and cook until just set and fluffy. Remove from heat.

  • Step 6

    On a parchment-lined baking sheet, place the bottom halves of the dinner rolls. Spread garlic sauce on each, then layer with scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese slices.

  • Step 7

    Place the top halves of the buns next to the sliders on the tray. Brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
