A great trick and a perfect omelette

Kale Omlette

Ingredients:

1 whole egg

1 egg whites

1 teaspoon coconut oil

 Pinch of sea salt

Pinch of black pepper

¼ teaspoon cumin powder

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ cup of baby kale or spinach

1 teaspoon water

dried cranberries-optional

Directions:

Whisk the eggs, and seasonings. Pour this into a hot skillet.

Grease skillet well with coconut oil, pour the omelette mixture in, and let cook for about 2-3 minutes

When the omelette is almost ready to take out, pour in one teaspoon of water, and quickly cover the skillet with a lid, leave for about 30 seconds. This will ensure your omelette is fluffy, and perfectly cooked through.

Serving:

Plate the omelette and top it with baby kale, spinach, or green of your choice, as well as the feta cheese, and dried cranberries.
