ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices Finlandia Swiss Cheese
  • 4 pretzel buns, toasted
  • red onions, sliced, for serving
  • butter lettuce, for serving
  • avocado, sliced, for serving
  • tomato, sliced, for serving
  • alfalfa sprouts, for serving

Method

  • Step 1

    In a bowl, mix together turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper and salt until well combined. Divide mixture into 4 (½ inch thick) patties.

  • Step 2

    Heat oil in a grill pan. Grill burgers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Top with Finlandia Swiss Cheese, cover, and cook for about 30 seconds until cheese melts.

  • Step 3

    Serve burgers on buns with red onion, lettuce, avocado tomato and alfalfa sprouts!
