  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider
  • Gold edible glitter
  • Edible gold flakes, for the rim
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle Prosecco
  • 15 fresh cranberries, for garnish
  • 5 fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Pour Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider into a rose-shaped mold.

  • Step 2

    Add the gold edible glitter to the cider using a small stir spoon and mix well.

  • Step 3

    Freeze the rose-shaped cider cubes for about 4 hours or until frozen.

  • Step 4

    Sprinkle edible gold flakes on a small plate, forming a circle with a circumference matching the top of the champagne coupe glass.

  • Step 5

    Take a small orange or citrus wedge of your choice, cut a tiny line in the center, and drag the fruit around the top of the champagne coupe glass.

  • Step 6

    Dip the coupe glass in the gold flakes, turning to cover evenly.

  • Step 7

    Place the frozen cider roses (3 per drink) in the champagne coupe glass.

  • Step 8

    Pour Prosecco over the frozen cider roses.

  • Step 9

    Add 3 fresh cranberries and two sprigs of Rosemary to each glass for garnish.
