ingredients

  • 1 lb package large (U15,21-25,16-20) Del Pacifico Blue Shrimp
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 4 finely chopped Garlic cloves
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 3 zest lemons
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoon of Olive oil
  • 1 package of tagliatelle

Method

  • Step 1

    Bring a pot of salted water to boil.

  • Step 2

    Peel the shirmp, marinate with half of the lemon zest and garlic.

  • Step 3

    Drop the tagliatalle into the boiling water. Cook paste according to package directions. Drain.Squeeze 2 of the lemons zest and garlic.

  • Step 4

    Heat half of the butter and olive oil in a skillet and add the ramining lemon zest and garlic.

  • Step 5

    Add the heavy cream and cook for 10 minutes. Add the juice of the remaining lemon. Reserve.

  • Step 6

    Heat the remaning butter and olive oil in the skillet.Sear the shrimp.

  • Step 7

    Mix the pasta with the sauce and the shirmp, add shredded parmesan cheese on top.
