ingredients

  • 1 lb package large Del Pacifico blue shrimp
  • 1 cup of lemongrass
  • 6 Gatlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger
  • 2 Jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup of onion
  • 1/2 Basil
  • 1/2 Cilantro
  • 1/2 tablespoon of cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Cilantro seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce (nam pla)
  • 2 cups unsweetened
  • Coconut milk
  • 1 package of wooden skewers

Method

  • Step 1

    Toast all the spices in a hot pan.

  • Step 2

    Put spices, herbs, garlic, onion, jalapeños,and ginger in the food processor and mix for 30 minutes

  • Step 3

    Sauté the precious mix in a hot skillet with oil, add the coconut cream and the fish sauce.

  • Step 4

    Cook for 15 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Season the shrimp and thread onto the skewers.

  • Step 6

    Grill in a very hot skillet with a bit of oil.

  • Step 7

    Serve with the Thai coconut curry
