Black Currant Nice Cream
Ingredients:5 big frozen bananas3 cups frozen black currant2 tbs sweetener of your choice (agave syrup, maple syrup, honey)***You may also want to add some liquid for easier blending. I advise to use about 150 ml of plant milk of your choice. Or you can simply let your ingredients to defrost a bit.
Directions:Add all the ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. You can serve your nicecream immediately or you can put it in a container and freeze for about 40-60 minutes for thicker consistency. Enjoy!
