ingredients
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 stick finely diced celery
- 4 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 600 milliliter fish stock
- 200 milliliter white wine
- 300 milliliter milk
- 225 gram quartered baby potatoes
- 1 pack king prawns
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 smoked haddock fillets
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
- 4 wedges,for garnish lemon
- Parsley to serve
Method
Step 1
Heat a large deep pot with oil and cook the onion until softened. Add the garlic, celery, white wine, fish stock and potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes until potatoes are softened.
Step 2
Add the cayenne pepper, flour, milk, seasoning and stir through. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the fish mix and cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with fresh parsley on top and a lemon wedge.
