ingredients

  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 stick finely diced celery
  • 4 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 600 milliliter fish stock
  • 200 milliliter white wine
  • 300 milliliter milk
  • 225 gram quartered baby potatoes
  • 1 pack king prawns
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 smoked haddock fillets
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 wedges,for garnish lemon
  • Parsley to serve

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat a large deep pot with oil and cook the onion until softened. Add the garlic, celery, white wine, fish stock and potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes until potatoes are softened.

  • Step 2

    Add the cayenne pepper, flour, milk, seasoning and stir through. Simmer for 10 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Add the fish mix and cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Serve with fresh parsley on top and a lemon wedge.
