ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3 cups rolled gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, plus extra to top
  • sea salt, to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine bananas, oats, tahini, cinnamon, and dark chocolate chips in a large bowl. Mix well.

  • Step 2

    Using your hands or a spoon, scoop the cookie "dough" and mold into round shapes, and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. You should get 8 cookies. Add a few extra dark chocolate chips on top of each cookie.

  • Step 3

    Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes. Once out of the oven, top each with some sea salt to taste. Let rest for an additional 10 minutes, then enjoy!
