Broccoli Sauce
- 1/2 cups fresh Sour Cream
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Horseradish
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
Method
MIxing up the Sauce
Step 1
Grab a small bowl and whisk
Step 2
Combine sauce ingredients together and whisk until desired consistency.

Chicken and Broccoli Ingredients
- 3 cup fresh Broccoli Florets
- 1 Lemon
- 4 pound boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 teaspoons dried tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons ground Black Pepper
Cooking the Chicken and Broccoli
Step 1
Combine your tarragon, salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Brush each chicken breast with olive oil and sprinkle the tarragon mixture.
Step 2
Add chicken to pan on medium high heat, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until no longer pink in the middle.
Step 3
Pour 2 cups of water into a large saucepan. Place steamer basket in sauce pan with broccoli florets and arrange so that each can be evenly steamed.
Step 4
Bring saucepan and water to boil on high heat and cover pan tightly. Florets should take between 3-5 minutes depending on desired consistency. Some people like to retain a little bit of crunch, in which case shoot for the low end of cooking time.
Step 5
Combine broccoli and chicken together on a plate, and drizzle in the sauce you've already whisked and enjoy!
