ingredients
Bottom layer
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein
- 1/4 cup pecan meal
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup lite canned coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/3 cup nut butter
ingredients
Top layer
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup light canned coconut milk
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 5 tabelspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips
- Chopped pecans
Method
Step 1
Mix all of the bottom layer ingredients together until smooth. Taste & adjust sweetness as needed.
Step 2
Spread into the bottom of a lined loaf pan. Mix together the top layer ingredients. Taste & adjust. Spread over the base gently.
Step 3
Top with chopped pecans & cacao nibs or chocolate chips! Freeze until hardened & then cut into bite sized pieces or bars!
