ingredients
For the Pizza Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup warm water
- olive oil

For the Toppings:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 14 ounces mixed mushrooms, sliced `
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for serving
- 14 ounces pizza dough, store-bought or homemade recipe above
- 7 ounce package Finlandia Sliced Cheese
- 2 tablespoons truffle pâté
- 2 tablespoons truffle oil, plus more for serving
- 1 cup arugula
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
Method
Make the Pizza Dough:
Step 1
In a large bowl whisk the flour, yeast, and salt. Add water and mix with a spatula until a sticky ball forms. Drizzle with olive oil, cover with a damp towel, and let dough rise for an hour. It should double in size. Cut the dough in half. This recipe will yield 2 pizzas (you will only need 1 for this recipe.)
Assemble the Pizza:
Step 1
Preheat outdoor grill to medium heat.
Step 2
Drizzle the olive oil over pizza dough. Spread the oiled dough out on a grill pan using your fingertips. Use a fork to piece dough with holes. Place the grill pan directly on the grill. Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes until the crust is browned. Flip over and remove pan from the grill.
Step 3
Top crust with Finlandia Sliced Cheese, then mushroom pâté. Top with caramelized mushrooms, drizzle with truffle oil, season with salt and pepper. Place pan back on grill and cook for another 3-5 minutes until cheese has melted. Top with arugula and basil. Drizzle with olive oil or truffle oil.
