"Yellow rice with kielbasa and broccoli"

ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked Rice
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen Broccoli
  • 1/2 cup fresh Onions
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen Peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoons minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoons Butter or oil
  • 1 teaspoons 1 teaspoon Yellow coloring
  • 6 cups Water or liqiud
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups uncooked Kielbasa
  • 1 cup uncooked Sausage

Method

  • Step 1

    Put rice , water, powdered seasonings, coloring and the one tablespoon of butter or oil in the pot to bring to a boil once it's boiled for 1minute lower ,the heat down to simmer from medium-high Heat to simmer for 25 minutes or until water or liquid is gone and it's ty our desired tenderness ( you substitute water with stock or seasoned water just makes sure it is 6cups liquid)

  • Step 2

    In a saute pan put tablespoon of butter or oil heat up pan put in your vegetables broccoli peppers onions to sautee once at desired tenderness take out and then put in your kabasi and sausage once that is at desired texture remove from pan and serve
