Odds are, you’re fresh out of Thanksgiving leftovers. Now’s a good a time as any to jump back into weekly meal plans. 

This week, we can dive, tastebuds first, into the wintery flavors of fennel, beets, and citrus. The best part? You probably already have most of the ingredients on hand. (Everything else can be nabbed at your local grocer. Nothing too fancy here.)
