MONDAY Beef Broccoli Noodle Stir Fry

"We’re taking my takeout favorite, broccoli beef, and turning it into a complete meal in one with this noodle stir fry. It takes a little bit of prepping, but this is something that you could whip up in about half an hour!"

TUESDAY Lemony Chicken Piccata
by @Thehouseandhive

This Lemony Chicken Piccata is a flavorful Italian dish made with pan-fried chicken breast served with a tangy sauce of lemon juice, butter, and capers. It is often served with pasta or rice and is suitable for both special occasions and weeknight dinners.

WEDNESDAY Filet Mignon Salad
by @Allweeat-com

This salad is a hearty meal with tender slices of filet mignon, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, and a balsamic vinaigrette on top of a bed of crisp greens. It can be served as a fancy lunch or a full dinner and is flavorful and satisfying.
THURSDAY Crispy Oven Baked Mushroom Fries with Spicy Creamy Tahini Dip
by @Woon.heng

Crispy oven-baked mushroom fries are a tasty and healthier alternative to traditional fries made with breaded and baked mushrooms served with a spicy and creamy tahini dip. Perfect as a snack or side dish, they are sure to be a hit with mushroom lovers.

WEEKEND BONUS Nian Gao
By @Thestephpn

This chewy glutinous rice cake is flavored with brown slab sugar and steamed until firm. Nian gao, or "yearly cake" is eaten to celebrate Lunar New Year. Slice it into strips before frying it to golden, crispy perfection!
