ingredients
- 100 g Brioche bread
- 120 g Apple pie filling
- 150 g French Toast Mixture
- 20 g Butter unsalted
- 50 g Spiced Butterscotch
- 25 g Candied Walnut
- 10 g Whipped cream
- 5 g Maple syrup
Method
Step 1
1.Cut a small pocket in the middle of the bread with just a small opening for the filling.
Step 2
2 Fill 70g Apple pie filling in the pocket and spread evenly.
Step 3
3 Dip bread into egg mass. Cook in non-stick pan with a little oil and butter
Step 4
4 Cook until golden brown turn over and cook until the same.
Step 5
5 Drizzle with butterscotch and top with another 50g Apple pie filling.
Step 6
6 Garnish with candied walnuts, maple whip cream, and mint leaves
