Butter Cream

  • 20 grams Egg White
  • 40 grams Sugar
  • 80 grams Butter (room temp)
  • 1/4 teapsoons Vanilla Essence

Method

Butter Cream - Preparation

  • Step 1

    Add the eggs to a bowl and whisk it along with sugar till it turns to a thick consistency.

  • Step 2

    Fold in the butter with the drops of vanilla essence

  • Step 3

    Transfer the mixture into a piping bag to use

Chocolate Muffin (Ingredients Batch 1)

  • 1 Egg
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 59 grams Brown Sugar
  • 40 grams Corn Oil
  • 1/4 grams Vanilla Essence

  • 48 grams All-purpose flour
  • 20 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 grams Baking Powder
  • 13/100 grams Baking Soda
  • 13/100 grams Salt

  • 60 grams Butter Milk

Method of preparation

  • Step 1

    Add in all the Ingredients of batch 1 into a bowl and whip them until smooth

  • Step 2

    Mix all the ingredients of the second batch in a mixing bowl and slowly fold into the bowl with the first set of ingredients

  • Step 3

    Lastly, add 60grams of buttermilk to the mixture

  • Step 4

    Bake in the oven at 170 Degrees for about 18 to 25 mins.

  • Step 5

    Remove the muffins from the oven, let it cool and then pipe the buttercream mix on top and serve!
