No Churn Coffee Ice Cream

ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2/3 cup condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons coffee powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips, optional

Method

  • Step 1

    Chill a bread loaf pan in the freezer. Chill the cream in the fridge or as per packet instructions.

  • Step 2

    Dissolve the coffee powder in 1/4 cup of warm water.

  • Step 3

    Leave some of the coffee mix aside to swirl on top later. Beat the remaining coffee and the condensed milk.

  • Step 4

    Whip the cream till you have soft peaks.

  • Step 5

    Fold in the condensed milk and coffee mixture to the whipped cream, until combined.

  • Step 6

    Pour half the mixture in your chilled tin, sprinkle some chocolate chips or toasted nuts and then add the remainder mixture and top with more chocolate chips or nuts.

  • Step 7

    Swirl in the remaining coffee mix and freeze for 4 - 5 hours.
