Hummus with Pumpkin and Sage Crudités
Our recipe for this Pumpkin Sage Hummus makes a HUGE batch, because let’s be honest, there’s no such thing as too much hummus (especially if you’re vegan/vegetarian!!) We always make pumpkin hummus as an appetizer for Thanksgiving - it’s easy to make ahead of time (if you can resist eating it for a day or two!) We love to serve ours with beautiful crudités, but we also love to serve with toasted pita, crackers, etc. -@crowded_kitchen
