ingredients
- 16 dumpling wrappers
- 3 green onion stalks, thinly chopped
- Neutral oil (for brushing and pan frying)
- Salt, to taste

Dipping Sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Chinese black vinegar
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Method
Step 1
Using a pastry brush, spread a thin layer of oil onto dumpling wrapper.
Step 2
Add a pinch of salt and a thin layer of green onions.
Step 3
Repeat until you have 4 layers of wrapper.
Step 4
Gently roll to your desired thickness while keeping the shape rounded.
Step 5
In a well oiled pan, fry pancake on low heat. Flip and continue to fry until golden brown.
Step 6
Serve alone or with prepared sauce.
