The Swell Swizzle
A bourbon tiki cocktail- the perfect transition drink from Winter to Spring! It's also good for those getting acquainted to whiskey, as well as bourbon devotes like me!

1.5 oz @wildturkey 101 bourbon
1 oz @appletonestateusa rum
.75 oz pineapple juice
.75 oz creme de Noyaux
.25 oz Small Hand Foods grenadine
.5 oz orange juice
.5 oz lemon juice
Liberal few dashes of angostura bitters.
Add all ingredients, minus bitters, to a Collins glass. Fill with crushed ice. Using a swizzle stick (or cute pineapple bar spoon if you don't have one), "swizzle" all ingredients until combined and glass is super chilled and frosty. Add bitters to the top of the glass, add orange lemon and mint garnish & enjoy!
