ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened, light coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or rice milk
  • 1 tablespoons monk fruit, coconut sugar, or maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • pinch of pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    In a mason jar, add the dairy free milks, sweetener of choice, flaxseed, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, and pepper.

  • Step 2

    Shake to combine.

  • Step 3

    Pour in the oats and shake again.

  • Step 4

    Refrigerate overnight.

  • Step 5

    Eat the next morning as is or add fresh fruit and/or chopped nuts on top!
