ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened, light coconut milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or rice milk
- 1 tablespoons monk fruit, coconut sugar, or maple syrup
- 2 teaspoon ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- splash of vanilla extract
- pinch of pepper
Method
Step 1
In a mason jar, add the dairy free milks, sweetener of choice, flaxseed, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, and pepper.
Step 2
Shake to combine.
Step 3
Pour in the oats and shake again.
Step 4
Refrigerate overnight.
Step 5
Eat the next morning as is or add fresh fruit and/or chopped nuts on top!
