  • 250 g Mud crab
  • 25 g Murunga leaves
  • sprigs Curry leaves
  • 10 g Chili powder
  • 10 g Pepper Powder
  • 10 g Curry powder
  • 5 g Fenugreek
  • 20 g Tomato
  • 5 g Termeric
  • 50 ml Coconut milk
  • 10 g Salt

Method

  • Step 1

    ● First clean the crab and season with salt pepper.

  • Step 2

    ● Take the pan and add crab, chilli powder, pepper powder, curry powder, fenugreek and turmeric.

  • Step 3

    ● Add thin coconut milk and simmer the gravy while adding tomato.

  • Step 4

    ● Add the thick coconut milk and simmer gently.

  • Step 5

    ● Adjust the seasoning and finally add murunga leaves.
