Sweet & Salty Pretzel S’mores
The 1st day of August — the summeriest month — calls for perhaps the summeriest treat of all. I present to you my Sweet & Salty Pretzel S’mores made with @ghirardelli dark chocolate sea salt caramel squares — my favorite flavor! As you can see, I had way too much fun making these and my kitchen and camera were completely covered in gooey marshmallow and powdered sugar. Totally worth it. Oh, and I got to use my blow torch which is always fun. These are the only s’mores I want to eat. The salty caramel and the salty, crunchy pretzel are the perfect balance for the sweet, gooey, toasted homemade marshmallow. You don’t have to make your own marshmallows, but it’s really easy and super fun and there are zillions of recipes out there.
