Anchovies and Rapinis Pasta

ingredients

  • 10-12 chopped Anchovies
  • 3 cups chopped Rapinis
  • 5 cloves chopped Garlic
  • 1 quartered Lemon
  • Spaghettini
  • 1/4 cup White wine
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespook Olive oil
  • 1 tablespook Anchovy oil
  • Handful chopped Basil
  • Chili flakes to taste (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    In a pan, add the oil, the anchovies and the garlic and sauté for about 2-3 minutes. Add the rapinis and sauté for a minute before adding the wine and putting the lid on for another 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 2

    In boiling water, add your pasta and follow the box’s instructions. When ready, drain the pasta and add to the rest of the ingredients.

  • Step 3

    Serve with parmesan, basil, a slice of lemon and chili flakes to taste.
