"I love smoothie bowls, they are my absolute favourite way to start my day. Smoothie bowls are packed with nutrition, a perfect combination of protein, carb and fat to break the eight hour long fast. Smoothie bowls are totally customizable as per your taste. I like to add fresh green leafy veggies to my smoothies in this way we can get all the benefits from green leafy veggie without even tasting them. For the toppings I have used homemade granola, sliced apples, goji berries and almonds."
