"I love eating sandwiches for lunch and dinner and this mashed chickpeas and avocado sandwich is my new favourite. I have also shared mushroom spinach and onion sandwich recipe on my blog. Along with avocado and chickpeas, I have used spinach, sprouts, raisin for a bit of sweetness and walnuts for crunch. For the bread, I have used organic whole wheat bread. I like to use whole wheat because it has more finer and nutrients than the plain white bread."
