Vegan Chocolate Cake
Vegan Chocolate Cake ♥ This cake is really simple, fluffy, moist and chocolatey, no one will guess it's vegan, and even if the ingredients until something seem strange (vinegar) - the cake is so good! Happy Sunday everyone! Dry ingredients: 400 g all - purpose flour ( white, wholemeal, spelt flour or a mix of each ) 250 g sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract 60 g unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt liquid ingredients: 160 ml oil 2 tbsp white or apple cider vinegar 500 ml water Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix all ingredients together ONLY with a SPOON (not with a hand mixer) just until well mixed (not to much!) Put the dough in a baking tray (22 cm) and bake for 45-50 minutes. Serve with a fruit salad, ice cream or coconut whipped cream. Enjoy!
