Parsley Crepe Face
Crêpe face with parsley! Happy Wednesday! <br> Recipe: serves 2<br> Crêpe batter was made of 1/2 cup (120 g) wholemeal spelt flour, handful of fresh parsley, chopped, 2 eggs, salt, 1/2 cup milk (120 ml), splash of sparkling water and oil for frying. <br><br> Directions: <br> Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Heat a little bit of oil in a frying pan. Pour 3 tbsp batter into pan. Swirl to cover base. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes or until light golden brown. Turn over and cook for another 2 minutes. Enjoy!
