This time of year, I’m craving crunchy and fresh. That’s why I’m kicking off 2018 with my favorite broccoli salad. It’s addictive, thanks to the sweet-and-savory combination of freshly toasted sunflower seeds, dried cranberries and cheddar cheese. Broccoli is also high in fiber and folate.
