Brussel Sprouts are one of a handful of foods that are notoriously hard to pair with wine. That said, I'm of the belief that a light bodied white wine solidly hedges your bets. The light, green vegetable (slivered, roasted, or sauteed) pairs nicely with a Albarino, Sauvignon Blanc, white Burgundy, or Pinot Grigio... If these choices aren't readily available to you, ask your wine shop for an un-oaked, dry white wine.
