ingredients

For the Pasta

  • 2 balls of burrata
  • Chili oil
  • 400 grams pasta
  • Parmesan, for topping

ingredients

For the Tomato Sauce

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 can puréed tomatoes
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 1/2 cups cream

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat a pan with plenty of oil.

  • Step 2

    Finely chop the garlic and fry on a low heat for a few minutes. Add tomato puree & white wine vinegar, honey and let simmer.

  • Step 3

    Pour in the cream, let it cook for a few more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4

    Cook pasta al dente. Fold in the tomato sauce. Serve with parmesan, burrata & chili oil.
