Skirt Steak Tacos
#tacotuesday ‼️‼️ It's about to go down!! I don't have a full recipe for my marinated skirt steak yet (see previous post) but I will work on it and post the full recipe ASAP. The ingredients for the marinade included cumin, @flavorgod chipotle and everything spicy, pink himalayan sea salt, garlic, organic light brown sugar, coconut sugar, Balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. I marinated my beautiful @5280meat steaks for 2 hours, then grilled them in a preheated @lodgecastiron grill pan with @omgheebutter for about 5-7 minutes on each side. Then I heated up a @udisglutenfree tortilla in the oven. Sliced up my steak after letting it rest for a few minutes and placed it in the tortilla. Served with fresh cilantro, scallions, avocado and topped with @fage 0% greek yogurt mixed with sriracha??. This steak is seriously so tender, moist and perfectly delicious.
