Black Bean Tacos
Made a huge batch of my slow cooked black beans for a taco party at work today and they were a hit, so I decided to share the recipe with you guys??. ✔️3 15oz cans of organic black beans (rinsed and drained) ✔️1 1/2 cups unsalted free range Chicken stock ✔️2 tbsp coconut oil ✔️1 yellow bell pepper (diced) ✔️1 small white onion (diced) ✔️3 garlic cloves (minced) ✔️1tsp @flavorgod everything spicy ✔️1/2 tsp smoked paprika ✔️1/2 tsp ground cumin ✔️1/4 tsp himalayan sea salt ✔️1/2 two red pepper flakes (optional) * In a Dutch oven, heat oil on medium high heat, add onions and garlic and sauté until Onions are translucent. Add bell peppers, @flavorgod seasoning and salt and cook until peppers are tender. Then add beans, cumin, paprika, chicken stock and pepper flakes (optional); cover and simmer on low heat for about 30-40 minutes until the liquid is down to half and the beans are tender (stirring frequently). To serve, I sprinkle some freshly chopped chives on top??.
