Miso Oats With Honey & Cacao Nibs

For the Oats:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup water
1 tsp blonde miso
Honey to drizzle
Cocoa Nibs and/or Walnuts for crunch
Dry roast the oats in a pan until they smell toasty and fragrant. Add the milk and water and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and allow to oats to plump in the liquid. This should take around 7 to 10 minutes. You will need to stir them as this helped with a creamy texture. Remove from the heat and stir in the miso. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cocoa nibs and/or walnuts. Then tuck in.
