  • 1/4 cup shredded beets
  • Thinly sliced red onion, to taste
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced `
  • 3 - 4 slices deli turkey
  • Handful of sprouts
  • Vegan cashew dressing (or dressing of choice), for dipping

Method
