- 2 - 3 large iceberg lettuce leaves (choose whole, sturdy ones)
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup shredded beets
- Thinly sliced red onion, to taste
- 1/2 avocado, sliced `
- 3 - 4 slices deli turkey
- Handful of sprouts
- Vegan cashew dressing (or dressing of choice), for dipping
Method
Step 1
Lay the lettuce leaves flat on a piece of parchment paper.
Step 2
