ingredients

  • 1 can lentils, rinsed or drained
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced or grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Parsley for garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients into a blender or processor and mix until smooth and creamy. Serve with your favourite veggies, bread or salad.
