ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 flax egg
  • 3/4 cup millet flour
  • 3/4 tapioca flour
  • 2 tablepoons rice flour
  • 1 teasopon baking powder
  • 1/3 teasopon baking soda
  • 1 teasopon vanilla
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • 1/3 frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend banana, dates, and water in your blender.

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, banana and date mixture, flax meal, and vanilla extract.

  • Step 3

    Create a smooth batter and add shredded carrot.

  • Step 4

    Lastly, sprinkle with frozen raspberries on top.

  • Step 5

    Bake at 180°C (350F) for about 45 mins or until golden brown. Let it cool completely and drizzle with coconut butter. Enjoy!
