ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablepoons coconut oil
- 1 cup swiss chard
- 1/3 cup parsley
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1/2 cup basil
- 1 teasopon salt
- 1/2 teasopon black pepper
- 1 teasopon garlic powder
- 1 carrot
- 2 parsnips
- 2 sweet potatoes
Method
Step 1
First cook red bell pepper and celery with coconut oil, add water and cook for 10 mins. Later add swiss chard, parsley, and chickpeas and cook for another 5 minutes. Lastly, add fresh basil and spices.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook and blend root vegetables in your blender and add spices of your choice.
Step 3
Serve with fresh lettuce, radish, pumpkin seeds, and smoked tofu or vegan cheese. Enjoy!
