"There's a lot of great ways to maintain your energy throughout the day naturally and to steer clear of relying on un-natural, synthetic and unhealthy forms of energy boosters. Learning to listen to your body is a journey in itself and it takes time, interest and commitment. When it comes to nutrition, there are several key fundamentals to follow which will keep you balanced and nourished. Aside from that- I recommend to turn inward, as opposed to getting sucked up in the 'noise' that created 'Nutritional Confusion' and strengthen your ability to recognise your body's various messages. Eating nourishing plant-based food is one of keys to balanced health. Today, I decided to have a bowl of nutrition for breakfast that isn't your typical breakfast. I wasn't craving sweets. I wasn't craving coffee. I was craving something savoury and nutritiously dense. This week has really been about rest, silence & cooked/grounding foods.
