Salmon Bowls are a recipe we never get tired of making. We love to make extra salmon and rice so we can easily assemble this for lunch or dinner when short on time.

ingredients

  • Salmon
  • White rice
  • Cucumber
  • Avocado
  • Seaweed
  • Sesame seeds
  • Soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, & garlic combined
  • Sriracha

Method

For the Salmon

  • Step 1

    Cube and coat the salmon in a mixture of 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, & 1/2 tsp garlic powder. mix and add to a small heated pan for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Assembly

  • Step 1

    Rinse & cook your rice, then add everything to a bowl! So simple, yet so delicious.
