FAQs
Why do you chop the arugula?
I love when salads have a uniform bite because all of the ingredients are well-combined. Chopping the arugula helps achieve this, plus it cuts down those pesky stems.
Can I skip the edamame?
Sure, but it is delicious! It adds a pop of texture and plant-based protein. Highly recommend including it for variation on an otherwise very common recipe.
Why is the balsamic vinegar optional?
This recipe would still be delicious without balsamic vinegar. It's totally dependent on your flavor preferences.
